To learn the imaging of dental abnormalities, trigeminal neuropathy and other causes of facial pain. To learn the relative advantages and disadvantages of imaging modalities in the evaluation of oral cavity malignancy. Highlighting the diagnostic features, their relevance to staging and in the post-treatment setting. To learn the common radiolucent lesions of the jaws and their pertinent differentiating radiological features. To learn to recognise both normal anatomical features and pathological processes that may present as radiopacities on dental imaging To learn of the imaging modalities used in assessment of obstructive and immune mediated salivary gland disease Objectives To understand the most common salivary neoplasms and the common imaging findings.
